Avison Young Secure Letting at Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park

Avison Young, acting on behalf of Washington-based Hellens Group, has secured the letting of Unit B, Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park South, Hebburn, South Tyneside.

Unit B which comprises 16,469sq ft (1,530sq m) is one of 3 units developed at Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park. LV Logistics, part of the LV Group of Companies, has signed a 10year FRI lease of the industrial warehouse unit.

Monkton Business Park is superbly located within the Tyneside conurbation giving easy access to the A1 and A19 corridors as well as the national trunk road network.
